Tom and Tyler met while pursuing Music Education Degrees from Northern Illinois University. Tom majored in percussion, while continuing to keep up his bass chops, and Tyler majored in Steel Pan; The two ended up joining the world renowned NIU Steel Band where they received a firm education in Rhythm and Groove. While attending NIU, Tom and Tyler had an opportunity to join the touring TropRock group: Johnny Russler and the Beach Bum Band. Together they would play venues, Parrothead Events, and beach bars in Destin, FL; Providence, RI; Lincoln, NE; Caseville, MI; Okoboji, IA; a yearly residence at Margaritaville in Key West, FL; and many more! Tom and Tyler and been professionally performing live since 2005, and they continue to jam out with their duo project Tutti Loops. Covering Artists such as: Bob Marley, Sublime, Paul Simon, Zac Brown, Tom Petty, The Eagles, Jimmy Buffett, and taking special requests to fit the crowd!

Featuring a healthy balance of Reggae, Classic Rock, TropRock, Country, Calypso, Hip Hop, and Top 40 Pop. Using loop pedals, percussion, guitar, ukulele, steel pan, bass, flute, trumpet, and so much more, Tom and Tyler have been professionally performing live since 2005, and they continue to jam out with their duo project Tutti Loops.
